Backtagging: Yep
Threadhopping: He may be likely to do this to you, so I don't mind.
Fourthwalling: Dracula is so well known in popular culture that he will be fourth walled at some point. Luckily, with all the variations in each adaptation, Renfield will come to the conclusion that all of them are wrong, even the Bram Stoker novel.
Offensive subjects (elaborate): I am not offended by much.

Hugging this character: Unless he trusts you (and if you're not a friendly vampire then most likely he won't) he will find your hugging very awkward and weird. He will probably try to squirm away from you.
Kissing this character: If by "kiss" you mean "sink my teeth into his neck and drink his blood," then he will happily allow it. If not, see above.
Flirting with this character: You really want to flirt with a 59-year-old nutcase who eats live animals and fanboys over dead bloodsuckers? I won't stop you if your character is over 18, but you'd need pretty low standards to flirt with this guy.
Fighting with this character: Go ahead. It takes 2 or 3 grown men to restrain him, and they still have trouble with his brute strength. Keep in mind, though, that Renfield is both uncoordinated in battle and human, so anyone with superhuman strength could easily overpower him.
Injuring this character (include limits and severity): You will have to talk with me if it's anything above a simple flesh wound.
Killing this character: Please discuss this with me first.
Using telepathy/mind reading abilities on this character: Yes, but he is insane and devoted to vampires. That may creep the mind reader out.

Warnings:
- Renfield has a nasty habit of feeding live animals to bigger live animals and eating live animals himself. He is also prone to violently lashing out at people when he feels threatened (or compelled to drink human blood). Proceed with caution.
- Due to Renfield's insanity, he may not act or think the way a normal person does. That being said, there is a method to his madness, and he's not the kind of person who has demented tea parties with sock puppets for the hell of it.
- Renfield learned about vampires through his master, Dracula, and he's very likely to latch onto any vampire that treats him nicely to fill any Dracula-shaped hole in his heart. He may even bring you animals to eat.
